We are extending our spirit week!
Tuesday is Sports or Clubs Day- dress in your favorite sports team or club attire.
Wednesday is a Decade Day-Dress like your decade: 6th Grade = 60s 7th Grade= 70s 8th Grade = 80s
Thursday is Cougar Colors (6th Grade- Blue) (7th Grade- White) (8th Grade- Black)
Friday is PJ Day- dress in school-appropriate pajamas.
We are also having a Penny War! All proceeds from this fundraiser will be donated to the Central Maine Medical Center fund to help cover the medical costs of those affected by the Lewiston tragedy. The rules are: Pennies count as one cent each, as expected, but silver coins and paper money (including checks written to DMS) count AGAINST the team. This is where the competitive nature comes into play. Grades will compete against each other. Put pennies in your grade and nickels, dimes, quarters, and bills in different grades! Containers will be kept in the office. Drop your money in the containers before school, at lunch, or after school.
