If you will be picking up your child the first day of school PLEASE make sure you send in a note stating that they will be picked up and by whom and on what day(S). If this will be all year long, or all week, please indicate that on the note.
If you are going to be a regular pick up person please remember:
1. Any changes to your child's pick up should be communicated to the office no later than 1:30 PM.
2. Office Pick up begins at approximately 2:20 (or as soon as the first run buses leave, be patient the first few days as we get back into the swing of things).
3. When you arrive wait in the line of cars and after the first set of buses leave you will be waved up by a staff member. You can give that staff member the name of the child that you are picking up and then you can drive forward and park. Please drive as far forward as you can along our sidewalk so that we can keep the line moving.
4. Please have your child enter your car on the sidewalk side. If you have younger children please get out to assist them.
5. Once your child is safely in your vehicle please be careful as you pull out to leave as other cars will be coming into the area.
6. GO SLOW! We know that people want to get in an out quickly so that people behind them can get to their child, but our priority is that everyone is safe. This whole process usually takes no more than 15 minutes, so please be safe!
